Clothing is often tied to identity and culture. Describe an outfit or style you like that may not fit what others expect from you. How have people responded, and what does this reveal about stereotypes in society?

Prompt: I love clothing with a lot of layers and different types and styles of fabric. Many people don't think that I would like this style of clothing because of the way I act and dress, but I still love it. When I would occasionally wear that style of clothing people would not give me a lot of stares or anything but they would ask about it and why I was wearing a whole different style of clothing. This shows that even in a society where the things that people wear are judged there can still be times where the clothing a person wears is not.

Summary: Today we worked on our project.

Reflection: Clothing is such a huge part of my life and who I am, but the only problem I face is a lot of the clothing I want to wear doesn't look good on me or is too expensive. This causes me to stick to the clothing that I normally wear.

Discuss something meaningful or memorable you experienced over the break, or reflect on what you felt most thankful for during that time.

As the first semester comes to an end, take time to reflect on your learning and growth in this course. In a well-developed response, explain what you enjoyed most about the class, identify the project or assignment you found most engaging, and discuss which aspect of the course you connected with the most (such as poetry, fiction, writing, or discussion). Finally, reflect on one area where you feel you need additional support or improvement as we move into the spring semester.

In "The Lamb" and "The Tyger", both poems suggest that beauty and danger can come from the same source. Describe a time when something or someone you admired also scared or challenged you. How did that experience change the way you see the world or the idea of “goodness”?
