 Prompt: the po boy sandwiches. These sandwiches embody a variety of different cultures from all around the world. In the documentary the man explains how his grandparents taught him to make the sandwich and how culturally important it is to new Orleans. These sandwiches combine a bunch of different cultures that the people are constantly exposed to and because of this the sandwich has become a staple in the New Orleans community.

Reflection: Around the world there are many different cultures and these cultures have a variety of different foods that come from other places around the world but have become traditional in that place.When looking at different cultures around the world it's important to understand what these foods are so you can broaden  your Horizons.
