When you are in a mood that you do not like, what are some strategies that you use to change your mood?

 Prompt: I normally go into my room and listen to music or play video games. This allows for me to calm down and de stress from the problems that I have been facing. This is something I always do to make sure that I am not ruining my day with the bad mood. This also allows for me to not ruin other people's days.
